It doesn't really fix the issue as much as it just goes around it but at least you get your Origin working. This isn't exactly very preferable as a solution but it gets around the fact that something is getting in the way of the current installation folder. Still not working ? Uninstall the Origin again, try and choose another installation directory for it. Remember to also right-click the installer, and choose "Run as administrator". Then download a new fresh copy of Origin : Wise Registry Cleaner is a good one to run too, but it's optional : Re: Origin client have problem with installation. Then run CCleaner to ensure that there wouldn't be any junk left from the uninstallations : Go to Control Panel (Search the start menu for it if you need to.)
